Refunds and Returns
Daled Minim are a seasonal and perishable product, so your order is generally considered a binding commitment to purchase and we do not offer returns or refunds except in extenuating circumstance.
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has been taken to your requested pickup location, it may not be possible to cancel it.
If you were not able to pick up at your selected pickup location:
- For White Oak (SEHC) or Kemp Mill (KMS), contact us directly.
- For all other locations, contact your pickup location.
Credit Card Disputes
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your credit card company. Credit card disputes require us to pay extra processing fees.
Your Daled Minim must belong to you to be yotzei the mitzva. Discuss with your rabbi if you can be yotzei if you have filed a credit card dispute.
If you file a credit card dispute, we may charge you a dispute resolution fee, or we may refuse to accept your order for next year.
